1) Print this completed registration form for your records.
2) Print off your tips sheet PDF for paying via PayPal.
3) Click the Submit and Pay Via PayPal button, below. Once your registration is submitted, you will see a new INAIR website screen with a Pay Now button for PayPal. On that screen, select your fee from the pull-down menu above the Pay Now button, and then click on Pay Now. You will be redirected from the INAIR website to the PayPal website. Our tips sheet provides screen prints to guide you through the PayPal payment process.

Refund Policy: A full refund of advance registration fees (minus membership fee) will be made if a written request is postmarked at least one week before the conference (February 28, 2013 or earlier).
